OPTICAL SENSOR / PRODUCT HEADLINE

The lineup of optical sensor devices applicable to optical beam profile measurement and observation of various wavelength from visible to near infrared region.

As for 400~1100nm wavelength, Synos prepares various CCD type and C-MOS type imaging detectors. As for NIR (900~1700nm) wavelength, Synos prepares InGaAs type imaging detectors.

These sensors are used in combination with our optical measurement M-Scope series and Optical Beam Analysis Module AP-013, and can be applied to a wide range of applications such as optical beam profile measurement, optical beam observation, beam alignment and adjustment of various optical devices and modules. In addition, it is possible to expand the system such as an automatic measurement system by combined use with image processing.
