HIGH RESOLUTION DIGITAL CCD DETECTOR ISA011 （Discontinued, December 2020）
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
ISA011 is the high resolution & high performance digital CCD detector for 400~1100nm wavelength range. It is suitable for optical beam observation and beam profile analysis of various optical device such as laser diodes, optical fibers, polymer optical waveguides for OPCB substrate, etc.
There are the following three types of detectors depending on the image sensor format and the number of pixels.
- High Resolution Digital CCD Detector ISA011
- 2/3" High Resolution Digital CCD Detector ISA011-01
- 2/3" Ultra High Resolution Digital CCD Detector ISA011-03
In combination with Synos' optical measurement optics M-Scope series and Optical Beam Analysis Module AP013, it is widely applicable for various optical beam observation and beam profile analysis application in 400~1100nm wavelength range.
FEATURE
- Digital CCD detector for 400~1100nm wavelength range, using 1/2inch, 140M pixels (1392 x 1040 pixel) CCD image sensor.
- High output gradation of max. 12bit
- Gigabit Ethernet I/F
- Following Gigabit Ethernet standard as camera I/F, it is possible to acquire fine image only to connect to LAN device of notebook PC and desktop PC, not required special frame grabber board.
