NFP/FFP SIMULTANEOUS MEASUREMENT SYSTEM FOR BLUE HIGH POWER LASER

NFP/FFP Simultaneous Measurement System For Blue High Power Laser enables NFP and FFP measurement of ~10W class blue high power laser to be performed with a single optical system.

As the measurement optics, Synos' NFP/FFP Simultaneous Measurement Optics For Blue High Power Laser M-Scope type HD is used. Two-stage beam sampler unit (light reduction unit) is installed after the objective lens. NFP measurement port and FFP measurement port are attached to this optical system. The luminous flux incident on the optical system is branched to both measurement ports and relayed to the detector. This enables simultaneous NFP and FFP measurements using a single optical system.

In combination with M-Scope type HD, detector and Optical Beam Analysis Module AP013, it will be possible to easily build NFP/FFP simultaneous measurement system for blue high power laser devices.

    • Coaxial epi-illumination system(option) can be attached. Enables microscopic image observation with coaxial epi-illumination. Easy focus adjustment.

    • Optometrics BA Standard, specially designed high-functional image processing software for optical beam profile analysis
      • Essential and useful functionality for NFP, FFP, beam profile analysis are equipped in Optometrics BA Standard.
      • EF/EAF analysis function is installed as standard function.
