NFP/FFP SIMULTANEOUS MEASUREMENT OPTICS FOR BLUE HIGH POWER LASER M-Scope type HD/BL
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
M-Scope type HD realizes simultaneous measurement of NFP and FFP of output ~10W class high power blue lasers and blue laser modules with a single optical unit.
After passing through the objective lens, the luminous flux emitted from the sample to be measured is reduced to about 99.99% by a two-stage beam sampler unit. NFP measurement port and FFP measurement port are attached to this optical system. The luminous flux incident on the optical system is branched to both measurement ports and relayed to the detector. This enables simultaneous NFP and FFP measurements using a single optical system.
It is possible to easily construct a high power laser NFP/FFP simultaneous measurement system for high power lasers in combination with SYNOS' Optical Beam Analysis Module AP013.
FEATURE
- Specially designed optics for NFP/FFP simultaneous measurement and analysis for ~10W class high power blue lasers
- Attenuate the beam from high power laser to an appropriate level that can be measured by combining two stage beam sampler (behind the objective lens) and ND filters
- Equipped with coaxial epi-illumination port. Microscopic image observation is possible in combination with coaxial epi-illumination light source (option).
- In combination with SYNOS' Optical Beam Analysis Module AP013, it is possible to easily build the NFP/FFP simultaneous measurement and analysis system for high power blue lasers.
