EXTRA WIDE AREA FFP MEASUREMENT OPTICS M-Scope type FSW
M-Scope type FSW is the FFP measurement optics having extra wide measurement flux diameter of approx. 4.24mmφ. It is possible to realize real-time acquisition and measurement of FFP (Far Field Pattern) of the outgoing beam from the light-emitting device or optical fiber in Combination with M-Scope type FSW, imaging detectors and image processing method.
By expanding the measurement target flux diameter to approx. 4.24mmφ, it has become possible to cope with FFP measurement and emission N.A. measurement such as laser elements with large light emitting area, array type light emitting elements, and large core fibers.
It is possible to easily build an FFP measurement system in combination with SYNOS' Optical Beam Analysis Module AP013. In addition, it is also possible to support optical power distribution analysis such as encircled angular flux analysis, etc.

- Long working distance design of approx. 9mm
- In combination with SYNOS' Optical Beam Analysis Module AP013, it is possible to easily build FFP measurement and analysis system including optical power distribution analysis function such as EAF (encircled angular flux) analysis, etc.

SIMPLE STRUCTURE OF OPTICAL METHOD FFP MEASUREMENT OPTICS
As shown in the figure on the left, the light flux, having incident angle θ from the sample, is focused at a point on the detector through f-θ lens, field lens and relay lens module. By this way, FFP image of the sample is formed and acquired by imaging detector, and analyzed directly and quickly by image processing method.
